Join us for Playtime with the Goats — a 30 minute interactive experience with Bluestem Hollow’s main herd. This is your chance to get up close, laugh at their silly antics, and make a memory you’ll be talking about all season.
What to Expect
Meet the Herd: Spend time with our playful goats in a safe, fenced pen.
Hands-On Fun: Pet, observe, and enjoy their personalities up close.
Family-Friendly: Perfect for kids and adults alike.

Important Notes
Parents must accompany children at all times.
No outside food or drinks allowed — except the alfalfa pellets we provide for the goats.
Meet at the Meetinghouse Market & Cafe 5 minutes before your time for instruction and a stroll to the barn.

Daniel
‘Danny Boy’ is a heavily moon-spotted Nigerian Dwarf buck mixed with 1/8 Spanish, 1/16 full-size dairy mix, and 1/64 Lamanche. He was born 3/31/2024. Danny likes getting his picture taken. He is also the proud dad of two kids born in April 2025. His daughter, Fern, is here at Bluestem Hollow! Check her out down at the barn.

Gabriel
‘Gabe’ is a flashy moon-spotted Nigerian Dwarf buck mixed with 1/16 Boer and 1/128 Lamacha. He was born 3/16/2024. Gabe is vocal and likes to be the life of the party. He fathered seven kids born this Spring. Come by the goat barn to visit his daughters, Thistle, Sorrel, and Clover!
